Hendrickson & Long Attorney Dwane Tinsley appointed as U.S. Magistrate Judge

 Dwane Tinsley, an attorney with Hendrickson & Long PLLC, has been appointed as U.S. Magistrate Judge in Charleston, the law firm recently confirmed.

According to information on the firm’s web site, Tinsley has 30 years of experience as a trial attorney and primarily practices in insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, insurance fraud and criminal defense.

He received his bachelor’s in 1975 from Davis & Elkins, his masters’ at Howard University and his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
