Carl L. Fletcher, Jr. is an experienced litigator with a long history of academic excellence and recognition in the construction legal industry.

Carl was named the 2018 Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation – Construction in Charleston, WV, a recognition achieved each year by only one attorney for each legal specialty and location.

In addition, Carl has been named to the Best Lawyers list for Construction Law Litigation – Construction since 2013, and Super Lawyers named him as a Top Rated Construction Litigation Attorney in Charleston, WV from 2012 through the present.

Carl obtained his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. There, he was selected to a national honor society for exceptional law students, Order of the Coif. He also served as an associate editor for the West Virginia University Law Review.
