David K. Hendrickson

David K. Hendrickson, Founding Partner, has more than 34 years trial experience. He practices in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, insurance defense, and general business litigation.  He is especially knowledgeable in cases involving any known toxic substance including, but not limited to, asbestos, acrylamide, benzene, PCB, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and multi-chemical sensitivities.  He is also skilled in cases involving a wide range of products.

Hendrickson has extensive experience in personal injury and various insurance defense litigations. He represents corporations and employers in premises and deliberate intent claims, and manufacturers in claims of chemical exposures and all types of product liability claims.  For more than 34 years, he has represented manufacturers and premises owners in mass trial litigation and has won defense verdicts in this highly specialized area.

His practice also includes litigating a variety of issues surrounding oil and gas leases.  He has litigated several class actions, both in oil and gas and products liability.  He mediates and arbitrates several cases a year on a variety of disputes and has acted as an expert witness.

Hendrickson is a former captain in the United States Army.  He is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, The Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has also been recognized by several national publications including, Chambers, USA, Best Lawyers in America©, Super Lawyers and Litigation Magazine in the area of Corporate Litigation.  He was recently named a Top 100 Lawyer by Americas Top Attorneys.  The Firm has been recognized as a Tier 1 Law Firm by U.S. News and World Reports for the past several years.  He currently serves on the boards of several charitable, civic and social organizations.
