Jessica B. Brisendine joins Hendrickson & Long, PLLC
Charleston, WV (March 11, 2025): Hendrickson & Long, PLLC (“H&L”) welcomes Jessica B. Brisendine to its team.
Brisendine comes to H&L with more than 20 years of experience representing corporate clients, much of which was spent in various in-house roles. She most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at Equitrans Midstream Corporation (ETRN) where she played a pivotal role in company operational strategy and execution. She was primarily responsible for all aspects of litigation and managed numerous civil, criminal, and administrative matters. She developed and managed ETRN’s corporate compliance program and led internal teams through crisis response and operational investigations.
Prior to joining ETRN, she held the position of Assistant General Counsel at EQT Corporation (EQT), leading EQT’s roster of in-house litigators and outside counsel handling a docket of more than 300 lawsuits and regulatory proceedings. She also managed the drafting and negotiation of land and procurement contracts.
Brisendine has worked closely with company executives for multiple publicly-traded companies on all aspects of corporate operations, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, governmental and public relations, and operational risk. She has participated in numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
