Lauren Jarvis Shah joined Hendrickson & Long, PLLC in Spring 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in mass litigation, toxic torts, product liability, and asbestos defense. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a prominent West Virginia law firm and a national insurance defense firm.
Ms. Shah earned her B.A. in History, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in 2010, and holds a J.D. from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School, both awarded in 2013. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Shah serves on the board of the West Virginia Women’s Alliance, a cross-partisan organization dedicated to protecting women’s access to comprehensive healthcare and ensuring equal protection under the law. She is also actively involved in her local community, volunteering at her children’s school and coaching youth soccer.
